How long before I can receive my order?

Processing time may take up to 3 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Not at this time.

 

What carrier do you use?

Our products are currently sent through a variety of shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS). We’re constantly exploring options to get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.

 

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking number will be sent automatically once you order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order. You can also view your shipments directly on your account. 

 

How much is shipping? 

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Wrong address or lost package?

If your package is lost, please contact us at afterglobody@gmail.com and we contact the shipping service on your behalf.  If you provided us with the wrong address and your package is lost, we will not be able to cover the cost of replacing the item(s).

Final Sale

For product safety reasons all sales are final. We accept refund or exchanges, for items damaged in transit or items that are defective. Melted butter does not qualify for exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to alert us of the damage. You must return the item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of your item. When submitting for an exchange send us an email at afterglobody@gmail.com with the order number, picture of the product(s), and we will do everything to help you out!
